WRGC's 2025-26 Season

Wascana Rhythmic Gymnastics Club offers a range of programs starting at 2 years old.

Our Fall programs run for 14 weeks from September to December and we have full season programs from September to June. We have recreational, pre-competitive and competitive programs for different levels of ability.

 RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS (Active Start) include our toddler, pre-school and school-aged classes, for ages 2 - 12 years.

• Rhythmic Steps (5-6 yrs)

• Youth Performance Team (7-9 years)

• Intermediate Performance Team (9-12 years)

PRECOMPETITIVE PROGRAMS include our

• Rhythm Cat classes starting at 6 years of age

• Rising Stars class designed for athletes aged 4-6 who show early potential for the competitive program

COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS include our provincial, national and high-performance athletes who train for individual and in group competition.

SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS include:

• Flexibility & Conditioning for Athletes in other Elite Sports

• Mini-Recreational Program in French
