Come and celebrate your birthday at Wascana Rhythmic Gymnastics Club !
Our certified coaches will introduce the birthday child and her/his guests to the sport of rhythmic gymnastics through the use of creative movement and movement exploration.
Fun and Fitness birthday parties are about creating healthy movement patterns using hand held apparatus, fundamental gymnastic skills and techniques, and safety through physical literacy. These components will be taught in a fun and creative way using games and music. Children will use apparatus such as ropes, hoops, balls, ribbons, scarves and a parachute. Offered in French or English.
