Recreational Performance Teams

Registration is OPEN for our Performance Teams for ages 5+

Classes run Sept to June

No previous experience required

Rhythmic Steps (ages 5-6)

Boys and Girls Ages 4 and 5. We begin to target skills such as running, jumping, tossing /catching, balancing and body awareness. A gymnast could move from this class to Rhythm Cat or Performance classes.  Classes are sixty minutes in length. The kids will perform in the Winter Show and have a role in the Year End Production. There are thirty eight weeks of classes

Youth Performance Team (ages 7-9)

Intermediate Performance Team (ages 9-12)

Senior Performance Team (ages 12+)

Performance gymnasts will refine their fundamental Rhythmic Gymnastics skills through group-based training and performance opportunities throughout the season.  This program will provide gymnasts with age and ability specific training in a fun and friendly team-oriented environment.  The teams will also perform at the Christmas Show, Shoot for the Stars Gala and the Year End Production.  Other performances may be attended as well.
