Strength & Conditioning Classes
focus on flexibility and body conditioning for Elite Athletes
Fall, Winter and Spring sessions are offered in addition to Summer Camps
Some classes offer Drop-In registration

These classes are offered for athletes in other disciplines such as dance, figure skating or synchronized swimming. Classes will focus on flexibility and body conditioning.
Solo classes allow athletes, specifically dancers, to practice their solos. Music will be played in sequence allowing each dancer time to practice their routines. A certified Dance Instructor is on site to offer coaching and technical corrections.
