Rhythm Cat 

Rhythm Cat is an introductory program that gives gymnasts the opportunity to participate as individuals and/or as small groups with apparatus choices at their age level.  Rhythm Cat focuses on Fun, Introduction to Competition, Physical Literacy, Technical Skill Preparation and Development, and Basic Body Skill Development. This program fits between the recreational and competitive programs. Athletes in the Rhythm Cat program are expected to train 2 hours per week, with an option of 4 hours a week.  Athletes compete at the annual WRGC Invitational and Shoot for the Stars event.  They will also have other opportunities to perform throughout the season.   Training fees are based on 10 months of training September-June.

Rising Stars

This is an advanced pre-competitive program designed for young athletes (aged 4-6 years) by recommendation only for athletes who show early potential towards the competitive program.
